Station Commander Brigadier Nazeer Hussain Shah, officials of the Nowshera Garrison, Cantonment Board, district administration, Tarnab Farms research officers — the people behind the flower show —, students, women and children were present at the function in a large number.

Major-General Tahir Gulzar Malik said a master plan had been drawn up for the development of the Jinnah Bagh, which had historic importance.

The official was all-praise for Nowshera Cantonment Board and Station Headquarters for arranging the Spring Festival and Annual Flower Show which provided a lot of recreation to the families. He hoped such joint efforts would continue in future to give a beautiful and green look to the Nowshera Garrison.
