YFK presents Kashmir issue in global conference

YFK presents Kashmir issue in global conference

ISLAMABAD: The Youth Forum for Kashmir (YFK), an international Kashmir lobby group, lobbyist Zaman Bajwa has put forward the narrative of Kashmir in an international conference, youth forum for the prevention of extremism and violence, held in Morocco city Fez.

He said that India is trying to link the peaceful and indigenous freedom struggle of people of Indian-Held Kashmir (IHK) with the terrorism. He questioned all those who link Kashmir freedom struggle with terrorism; are those 100s of young boys and girls who come out on streets to demand their right to self-determination are terrorist? Were those innocent women terrorists who were raped by Indian-occupied forces? No, we have to differentiate between the freedom movements and terrorism, he added.

The conference was organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Kingdom of Morocco in collaboration with the Islamic Conference Youth Forum for Dialogue and Cooperation, under the patronage of King Muhammad VI, where 100 Moroccan and 50 youth from OIC countries had gathered. He had significant meetings with the participants and distinguished guests of the conference in context with the Kashmir conflict including Mayor of Fez Driss El Azami El Idrissi, President of Justice and Development Group, Dr. Ziad Abu Amir, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Culture Palestine and Astrid Nadya Rizqita Secretary General Model United Nations 2017. The YFK is a non-partisan, international non-governmental organisation, working for the peaceful resolution of Kashmir conflict in accordance with the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Resolutions.
