'The Shape of Water' trailer explores uncharacteristic love story

LOS ANGELES: 'The Shape of Water' is already making waves, and recently Digital Spy have released an exclusive look at the new International trailer for the very uncharacteristic love story.

The movie differs from the typical love story scenario since the story revolves around Hawkins played by Elisa Esposito, a mute janitor at a shady government facility in 1960s Cold War-era America, who falls in love with an 'amphibious man' being held for study by her employers.

The conflict of the movie begins as Shannon's creepy government spy employer tortures the fish man, Elisa plots a daring escape plan.

The movie cast includes Octavia Spencer, Richard Jenkins, Michael Stuhlbarg and Lauren Lee Smith.

'The Shape of Water' will be releasing in the US this Friday, December 8. Other than USA, the movie will be released in the UK on February 14 which is falling on the time of valentine’s day.
