Google Map progresses traffic navigation this November

Search engine Google Map has established further convenience to navigate places with new category icons, more color-coding and brighter UI.

Interlink Multi Media (IMM) produces clearer modification guide to cope up with newer updates the search engine released November.

Google Maps now features new updates happening around a user including closing of a road, opening and closing time of local ventures.

Google has provided a list of images with icons and color combinations to make users familiar with the new changes as restaurants, museums and hospitals now have other certain icon and color.

The video details about the color range navigation for traffic by the search engine, including the wait duration in the travel process that Google introduced by November 7.

In a blog post by Liz Hunt, product manager at Google Maps, enlisted features that allow users to add a restaurant in the 'want to go' list and that too will be reflected on the maps. As well as that, shares the list of your favorite locations to other users, available on both smartphones and desktop.

Updates further with satellite view as the street views produce a 360 degree option for a panoramic view, allowing pinches to zoom in and out.

Google Maps embraced web mapping that serves synchronization with mail and Google Calendar, where it shows the places scheduled on the calendar and will also show the location of confirmed reservations from your mail.

Updates also include multiple routes for one destination with authentic travel time and indicate traffic variance from green, orange to red to produce better information for real time traffic as well as route planning.
